Lighting, sound, staging, rigging, and soft goods equipment are extensive, well-maintained, and up-to-date. The Orchestra Lift is fully functional, featuring an industrial-grade application from Serapid Technologies. The TCPA is located on the Carrollton campus of the University of West Georgia. The TCPA was officially opened in April of 1989 as the Performing Arts Center.

In addition to facility rental and event production services, the Townsend Center also provides professionally managed Ticketing Services, including consulting for pricing and house scaling, sophisticated ticketing software, advanced admissions technology, customer service, order fulfillment, and patron communications. Step 3) Review the text below and the PDF documents:

Our team will contact you to meet with the Technical Director and the Patron Services Manager. This pre-production meeting is to discuss your needs and estimate expenses for the event. During this meeting, the TCPA staff will determine access times, staging setup, technical requirements, front-of-house needs, box office needs, and safety/security needs. This allows the Townsend Center staff to plan and staff your event, have all equipment ready upon your arrival, and develop the most accurate estimate of the cost of your event. This meeting should occur no later than two months before the event.
