Where is the ticket office?
Our ticket office is located in the lobby of the Townsend Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of University of West Georgia. Parking is available on the west and east sides of the building.The ticket office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm, and 60 minutes before a ticketed performance.

What time does the lobby open?
Our lobby opens to patrons 60 minutes prior to curtain.
Is there a drop-off area?
A convenient drop-off area is located directly in front of the Townsend Center.

What happens if I'm running late?
For consideration of artists and patrons, anyone arriving while a performance is in progress will be seated only at times designated by the artist and their management.
Can I bring my own snacks or beverages?
Snacks or beverages are not permitted inside our Main Stage theater or our Dangle Theater. The Townsend Center for the Arts does not sell concessions.
Can I take pictures or videos?
Flash photography and videography are not permitted. These policies may change at any time at the discretion of the artist.
